These terms govern your use of nexoradigital.co.ke and any photography or videography session booked through it. By submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to them.
Nexora Digital provides portrait, event, and brand/video photography services. Pricing is discussed directly with you and isn't published on the site — nothing here should be read as a fixed price quote.
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your session is only confirmed once Dennis personally responds to confirm availability and details.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nexora Digital retains copyright of the photographs and video footage produced during a session, and grants you a license to use the final delivered images for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.
We may wish to use images or video from your session in our gallery, on social media, or in other marketing. We'll only do this if you've given consent via the checkbox on the booking form (or separately in writing) — see the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled in general.

We'll take reasonable care in delivering your session, but we're not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, illness, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions) beyond rescheduling or a refund per our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country, where applicable.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
